 * Is there a way to re: order the backend of this plugin? I would like to move 
   the “Data Manipulation” section above “Table Contents”.

 * Unfortunately, at this time, those page elements can not be reordered, sorry.
   For the future, I’m investigating a possibility for this, so that I can hopefully
   add this as a new feature in an upcoming release.

 * Hi Tobias,
 * Thank you for the prompt reply. I look forward to a future update. We use this
   plugin on a few sites and constantly change the table order. It would be much
   better if we can just select a row and drag it up and down depending on where
   we want it. The same way you can just re arrange the sidebar plugins in wordpress.
