    Hi,

    thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.

    This likely happened due to some glitch or change in the database on your server.

    The best way to get your tables back is either from a WP-Table Reloaded Dump File backup (it’s always a good idea to create one as a backup before an update) or from a mySQL backup of your database.
