# [Plugin: WP-Table Reloaded] javascript features can't be turned off

 * I have a table at [http://www.themoderndaywizard.com/press](http://www.themoderndaywizard.com/press)
   in which the use javascript library is ticked and all of the datatables javascript
   features are ticked but are greyed out. To deselect these options I have had 
   to deselect Javascript features in the plugin options, which turns them off for
   all tables. Why are they greyed out?
 * Also alternating row colours and mouse hover is turned off in the table options
   but are still active.

 * sorry for the late answer.
 * Very likely, they are grayed out, because you have deselected the “Table Head”
   checkbox. This checkbox must be enabled in order to make it possible to enable
   the JavaScript functions.
 * The features for alternating row colors and highlighting that are active on your
   site are not coming from WP-Table Reloaded. Instead, your theme (Atahualpa) also
   has features for this, which (I believe) you can deactivate in the theme settings
   somewhere.
