    Hi Tobias,
    I have been using your table plugin, it’s fantastic thanks.

    Just wondering if it’s possible to display only the search bar on a page, and then when someone submits the search, to only display the search results?

    At the moment I have the full table visible until someone submits the search, I was hoping to hide it (but keep the search bar).

    Hi Kaitlin,

    thanks for your question.

    Unfortunately, I’m not aware of a solution to this, sorry 🙁 It might be possible with some custom scripting with the DataTables JavaScript library (which adds the search bar), but unfortunately, my knowledge on that is too small, so that I can’t really help here 🙁
    If you really need this, you could try asking in the DataTables forums at http://www.datatables.net.
