    Hi,

    thanks for your question.

Unfortunately, what you want to achieve is not possible with WP-Table Reloaded. The plugin is designed to show static tables that are edited manually. It does not offer methods to change the data through other ways, i.e. it is not a database system.

What you want to do is probably easier with a custom PHP/mySQL database solution.

    Best wishes,
    Tobias

Thank you for your reply Tobias.
I’ll dig some more on MySQL… I got a learning curve ahead of me. Lol.

Could your WP-Table Reloaded ever be expanded to have the ability to add data from the front end/users?

That would be a great tool!

    Hi,

for the future, I don’t really see this.
The main reason is that this goes way beyond the scope of the plugin, which is to show data in table, without having to deal with HTML code.
The plugin is not intended to be a database system and thus, I don’t really think that such abilities will be added. Also, one would never have the flexibility that a custom solution with a database has, so that the benefits are somewhat minor (or only to people who need it exactly in the way it is implemented).

    Best wishes,
    Tobias
