[Plugin: WP Survey And Quiz Tool] Result page gives no names, just IP adresses

Hi there,

1.
I did setup a testquiz and after testing i have the problem that dispite i ask people to enter their name, email and birthdate i just see their IP adress when i go to the option “results”. When i click at the option “mark” i see all the thing i asked to fill in.

If i’m logged in at the backoffice of WP and take/make the quiz it shows my WP username and IP adress but if i log out and do the test without beeing logged in at WP it says “anonymous” and the IP adress.

What do i need to do to show the name of the person who took the quiz next to the IP adress at the option “results”?

Can i order the result page from the best player till the worst and exit these data into excel or another programm? I would like to keep the score online for the contestants.

My intention is to make 5 quizzes, 1 for every month. At the end one contentant will win.
