I've spotted an error in the SQL CREATE TABLE commands.
For the user and buttons SuperEdit tables the create table command attempts to put a default value on a text field. This is rejected by MySql.
Edit the wp-super-edit-defaults.php file on lines 50 and 61 to resolve the issue. You will need to drop and reinstall the SuperEdit options tables.
This will allow the "Disabled Buttons" section of the Arrange Icons editor to work if you were getting a PHP error there.
