 * I don’t understand why the plugin uses two caching methods. If the supercache
   method is superior then why is the old caching method needed?

 * They get more dynamic/fresher content, but it still is faster and less of a server
   hit than generating the page from scratch. It is a compromise, a midway between
   the static cached pages and real-time generation.
