[Plugin: WP Super Cache] UI Annoyances

WP Super Cache Manager has a number h3 section(i.e., WP Super Cache Status, Cache Contents, Garbage Collection, etc…). Each is a link when clicked that collapses the fieldset.

I see three problems here from a UI perspective when hovering over the h3.

1. There is no visual change to indicate it’s a link other then the pointer. Color change or other clue would be better.
2. There is no tool tip (e.g., Minimize or Collapse) to clue the user in.
3. The clickable area extends all the way over to the right edge of the screen. More then once I have accidentally collapsed a h3 fieldset and been alarmed as I didn’t understand what happened at the time.
