[Plugin: WP Super Cache] supercache cannot be deleted

    When I try to delete this plugin, I get these warnings and cannot complete the deletion. The plugin was not activated when delete attempted.

    UNINSTALL_WPSUPERCACHE must be set to a non-blank value in uninstall.php
