 * When using WordPress multisite, site admins should have the option of flushing
   the cache for their site, as opposed to that functionality being reserved solely
   for the network admin.

 * Is that why I am having a major problem? I created a new subsite four days ago
   but only the sample page is visible. The new pages I created are not visible.
   It looks like I did nothing with the site and it is useless.
