[Plugin: WP Super Cache] Super Cache Custom Select Query

    I’m currently looking into using a custom select query to retrieve a listing of posts within in a Multisite network. One of my major concerns is resources consumption on my shared hosting environment stemming from this (as it will be used on several hundred Pages).

    How does WP Super Cache treat custom select queries that are being used within Pages (not posts)?

    It should just cache them like normal. Try it on a test page and see!

    Cheers — thanks for your thoughts Donncha. I’m really trying to figure out if, for the sake of resource conservation, caching a custom query on a Page is better than installing a plugin to achieve the same result (multisite posts on a page via SWT).
