    Looking through the solutions, I’m not finding anything that’s helping. I was doing the legacy page caching, I clicked the make known users anonymous, but everything still comes out as blank pages unless I disable wpsupercache entirely. I’d been using 1.0 for a year, figured I’d finally do the upgrade while I had a few minutes, and it’s a disaster.

    Then, suddenly, it works. Go figure.

    I moved my site and had white pages. Set wp_cache in wp_config.php to false and it went away. Odd, because file permissions are the same as on the old host. For now I have disabled SuperCache.
