Support » Plugins » [Plugin: WP Super Cache] Lockdown problem?

  • In my setup, I have wordpress in a subdirectory with these options:

    WordPress Address:
    Blog Address:

The apache DocumentRoot for this vhost is: /var/www/vhosts/

    My permalink structure is: /blog/%year%/%monthnum%/%day%/%postname%

    Which results in permalinks like:

I think this is confusing the Lockdown mode in Super Cache, because it wants me to make my wordpress subdirectory writable, but what it really needs is to have a blog subdirectory under my DocumentRoot.

Any ideas on how to handle this?

  • Oooh, use the cache rebuild feature instead? It should handle large amounts of traffic more easily and allow comments to appear too.

There’s obviously a bug in the lockdown code but it’s way down on my todo list, sorry!
