[Plugin: WP Super Cache] keeping supercache in sync in multi data center architectures

I’m looking to see if any one out there is syncing cache across data centers & if so are you using standard replication methods, rsync’ing, or other strategy?
Also wondering if anyone in multi-datacenter config looked at other approaches such as minimizing cache life (by decreasing garbage collection interval) as alternative or component of managing caches across Datacenters.
