When I use the ‘Preload Cache’ function, how to make it so that the front page and subsequent pages (example –> http://mydomain/page/X where X is page number) are pre-cached too?

As of now, when using the preload cache function, it will only pre-cache individual posts and pages.

The homepage and the subsequent pages will still be cached but only when someone load the page for the first time.

You’ll have to add code to the plugin to do that. It doesn’t do that currently. It probably will in the future.
