[Plugin: WP Super Cache] how can i install to windows iis 6

my blog on windows 2003+iis6+ISAPI_Rewrite aleardy install completed,

I want set the Permalink to
http://mydomain.com/archives/%post_id%.html
Category like: http://mydomain.com/archives/category/XXX
Tag like: http://mydomain.com/archives/tag/XXX

but how can i set the rewrite rule ?
