• Hi!

    I am receiving a fatal error notification when trying to activate WP Super Cache 0.6.7. I’m running WP 2.6.

    This is the error:

    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_VARIABLE, expecting ‘,’ or ‘;’ in …/wp-content/plugins/wp-super-cache/wp-cache.php on line 995

    This is line 995:
    echo '<td><a href="http://'%20.%20$meta-%3euri%20.%20'" target="_blank" >';
    As I am not a php programmer I have no idea what this means. Any insight would be helpful.

    Thank you!

  • How did you upload the plugin? There shouldn’t be any “%20” or “%3” in that line. If they were inserted after you posting to this forum, that’s ok.

    That line is fine otherwise. Perhaps there’s an error elsewhere? Try downloading the plugin again and overwriting the wp-super-cache directory.

    I uploaded through GoLive’s FTP; which as I am learning tends to add unnecessary code. Thank you! I’ll upload the plugin a different way.
