Support » Requests and Feedback » [Plugin: WP Super Cache] Accepted Filenames & Rejected URIs overwritten

  • I just upgraded to the latest version of WP Super Cache and the Accepted Filenames block seems to have been over written and the changes I had made to it have been lost.

Is this something I’ve done wrong or is it a bug in the code?

  • That’s odd. That shouldn’t have been overwritten.

Well I just redid the upgrade and it didn’t vanish this time. Its pages that another website calls in the background to grab data from my site and it blows up when it hits the <!– Page not cached by WP Super Cache. No closing HTML tag. Check your theme. –> bit. Which is how we found that the accepted filenames had lost the changes. I’ll do some more playing around to see if I can work out what happened.

The rejected URIs section vanished on upgrade to the latest series of versions for me too, after which it no longer seems to work properly (refuses to clear expired pages and is caching a denied page). Will have to downgrade.
