I was just wondering that myself. WP-SpamFree seems to work well on one of my sites, so I wanted to install it on another, but can’t find it using the “Install Plugins” function within the WP admin. Any word, WP?
I am wondering the same thing. I have read a number of good posts about this and was going to give WP-SpamFree a try, but I am just redirected to the plugins page. What happen?
It may have been removed from the Plugin Repository.

Sorry folks. WordPress yanked WP-SpamFree for “spamming” Go figure. Trying to fix their issues but they won’t give me access.
I found the Above reason on their twitter. The fact WordPress pulled it and that WebGeek doesn’t seem to be active anymore may mark the death of this…
I think I will look for something else.
Yeah, it’s long gone. But it’s probably for the best anyway, at least in my case. After being spam-free for more than a year, in January, I started getting flooded with spam again. And since the plugin wasn’t being updated, I switched to Raven’s anti-spam. http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/ravens-antispam/
Raven’s anti-spam was working awesome; that is, until this morning. Now I am once again being flooded. Gonna give growmap a try http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/growmap-anti-spambot-plugin/
