My webhost (Hosting 24) performed some maintenance on Friday, one of the side effects was that all of our Slimstat data was lost. We attempted to back up and restore the (6) Slimstat tables by deactivating the plugin and deleting it which erased the tables and then reinstalling, reactivating and importing the table data in phpmyadmin. After a couple of failed attempts to import the backed up tables we gave up.
Accepting we had just lost our traffic data from the last 120 days we were fine with a clean start for July... So we once again deactivated Slimstat, deleted it and then reinstalled/reactivated it... Only now it's not writing those 6 tables to the database, so the plugin is not collecting or displaying any traffic data. We have no idea why and we are unable to access the SQL log to see whats happening. Hosting24's support has been less than helpfull in the matter... We love Slimstat and rely on it's data for our advertisers. Hate the idea of having to wipe out the entire db and start from scratch with rebuilding the site just to regain slimstat functionality... Hoping you can offer some help or instructions on how to manually create those 6 tables from within phpmyadmin?
