[Resolved] [Plugin: WP SlimStat] Just updated – and now a problem

  • Hi there,

    I just updated (today) to the new version of SlimStat – and now, my graph/window is blank. All tabs of SlimStat (Overview, Content, Map, etc) – that same window that displays the graph and stuff – is totally blank.

    This was not happening prior to this update.

    Anyone able to help me fix this? Thank you!

    Can you clear your cache? The JavaScript that generates the chart has changed and you may still be using the old one 😉 please let me know if this fixes your issue.

    Hmm, I tried that and it still does not work. I cleared all caches, including the W3 cache.

    Anyone else having this problem with a blank window/graph area?

    I also tried even disabling and re-enabling the JS enable feature in the plugin – still, nothing. All blank windows in that pane, though all data around that graph window IS working correctly and displaying OK.

    Is this a bug? Or is it seriously just me? 🙁

    Good news!

    I forgot about Cloudflare and it’s cache! I cleared the cache, and after purging, the plugin looks perfect!

    Everything is working great now 🙂

    I just added your note to the plugin’s homepage, thank you so much!

    Not a problem –

    Those of us using CloudFlare (which, imo, is AWESOME and really makes a HUGE difference in your site’s speed) – just remember,

    CSS and stuff gets cached so purge often if you’re making changes.
    If you don’t see changes reflected or if things don’t work right, clear your W3 and CloudFlare caches and it should always work out.
