[Plugin: WP Single Post Navigation] not working on my site please help

    I am sorry for you, but the plugin has limitations!
    If your theme has hook sections to hook something in, you can just copy the plugin code (after header info) in your functions.php and change the function to hook in, for example after footer. Then it could work with themes like it should be.
