[Plugin: WP Single Post Navigation] add 'title', thumb and excerpt

hi, great plugin! congrats and thanks!
i saw this example, on ego.globo.com website.
this example have title, thumb and a little excertp.
its a suggestion to create a ‘plus’ version.
