[Plugin: WP Report Posts] Digg, Like, Tweat buttons on the same line as report post

I’m currently trying to add these buttons to the left of the same line as “Report Post” like so: http://imgur.com/ffrCa.png

However my petty attempts have been in failure. I was hoping someone might have a clue on how to make this possible.
