[Plugin: WP Publication Archive] new similar plugin

    Really like Eric’s WP Publication Archive plugin, but the sticking point in using it is that a number of the publications (as on your site for PublicPolicy.ie) are hosted elsewhere.

    Hi Paul Ducker, PublicPolicy.ie uses a different plugin, we plan to launch it soon but there are still some niggling bugs.

    Eric’s WP Publication Archive plugin is by far and above the best plugin to do what you want.

    Thank you both for your responses. Somebody else helpfully started a new thread, which I have commented on. http://wordpress.org/support/topic/feature-request-remote-hosting-capabilities?replies=2#post-3531095

    In short, I think the ability both to have files for download and details of publications for download from other sites in the same list would be really useful.
