[Plugin: WP-PostRatings] Wp-PostRatings conflict with featured image (?)

When i activate the WP-PostRatings my featured images stop working.
When i select an image to put as featured, it shows ” -1 ” on the featured image field and nothing more happens.

When i de-activate the plugin, everything start working again.

Any heads up on this?

Edit: i found this link, but nothing that show me the fix on the plugin, the person don’t really explain where he commented out the line.
