[Plugin: WP-Polls] I can't add poll

    hello,
    I installed wp-polls, but I can not add new polls. Fill in the fields and click the button Add poll, But management does not appear questionnaires new poll. I updated to the latest version WP, uninstall and reinstall wp-polls, the plugin is updated to the latest version.

    What is the problem?
