[Plugin: WP-Polls] dumb poll question

I installed the plugin wp polls. But How do you get it on the site? I put other plugins on a page with shortcodes, but I don’t see any shortcodes. On the sidebar it says: Polls,then Manage, Add, poll options, poll templates, and uninstall. Where are the shortcodes, or how do I actually add the poll to a page or post? I have created 4 polls, but can’t add them.
