[Plugin: WP PHPList] phplist admin URL

I just installed phplist but I’m unable to log in to the actual admin page. In the General Settings page, I’m asked to enter a URL for the phplist with this format:

http://www.yoursite.com/lists/

However when I navigate to this page, I get this error:

“Not Found

Sorry, but you are looking for something that isn’t here.”

I’ve seen some references in the forums to making a chance to the .htaccess file but this didn’t seem to do the trick. Does anyone have suggestions? Thanks much.
