I’m currently testing the WPPA+ Search Photos option.
I was hoping to have a search box on the footer of pages (which I have) but NOT to have ‘Search Page’ show up in sidebar menus.
In Table IX: Miscellaneous I’m required to display the search results on a page. How can I remove ‘Search Page’ from sidebar menus?
The reason I ask is that if there’s a menu item called Search Page and and a user clicks on that they are taken direct to the Search Page which shows Albums. It looks a little messy and could easily confuse some people. They may think that they need to browse to a particular album in order to search but of course, they may have no idea which album contains the photo they’re looking for.
Is their a way to achieve the above?

The name of the page where the search results are displayed is up to you.
You only need to make a page that contains at least %%wppa%% and that you asign that page in Table IX item 2.

Not to display this page in a pages sidebar widget is not up to wppa+ but up to your pages widget. You can exclude pages in configuring the pages widget. See the Page navigator widget.
