[Plugin: WP-PageNavi] Adding Pagination to Categories

I’m using PageNavi with PageNavi Style and it works great on my main pages, but when you click a category, the regular “older entries/new entries” shows at the top and bottom of the page. Is there a way to add pagination to the posts that show when you click on a specific category? My site is: http://www.prayersandapples.com
