[Plugin: WP No Category Base – WPML compatible] Problem in extra_permastructs in WP 3.4

It’s necessary to replace

$wp_rewrite->extra_permastructs['category'][0]

by

$wp_rewrite->extra_permastructs['category']['struct']

in no_category_base_permastruct() function to correctly replace category url which generated by get_term_link() function.
