[Plugin: WP MVC] I can add but the save is not working

    I am using WP MVC to create a plugin and I am able to save a record to the database but I cannot edit a record. I turned on the debugger and the save functionality works for other add/edit pages but when I try it for one page in particular I am not seeing the update statement display on the page. Where could the problem lie?
