 * It worked fine at Christmas but I have tried to use it again today and I get 
   and HTML page saying “Download not present”.
 * Any ideas guys?

 * also I am on a Mac and MAMP does not give me an absolute path to add under the
   new file path field
 *  this is what I receive after I asked it to place the file here:
 * /Users/calliope8muse/Desktop/capoeiralondon

 * ok this time I have made an effort with virtual Windows so I can get a similar
   path as suggested.
 * Still no result
 * FastCGI Error
    The FastCGI Handler was unable to process the request. ——————————————————————————–
 * Error Details:
 * •The FastCGI process exceeded configured activity timeout
    •Error Number: 258(
   0x80070102). •Error Description: The wait operation timed out. HTTP Error 500–
   Server Error. Internet Information Services (IIS)
