The “Forgot?” link does not take me to a password reset page. I read an earlier post about this, but I did not understand the explanation (my apologies).

The only box I have checked in the Manage Options settings of WP-Members settings is the Sends email . . . box. I do not see a way to block or unblock any individual page.

What does the link take you to?

In order for this to be set up correctly, you need to have set up a Members Area page using the shortcode [wp-members page=”members-area”] and make sure that page is not blocked (if you are blocking pages by default in the plugin settings, you will need to unblock this page using a custom field of unblock=true; this is done on the page editor and WP does not display the custom field meta box by default – you might have to turn this on in the WP screen options which is up by the help button).

Put the URL of the members area page into the plugin’s settings (do not add the querystring for the password reset – it should just be the URL location of the page itself).

If those two things are set up right, you will have a working “forgot” link to the password reset.

Works perfectly. Thank you so much.
