 * How can I allow admin to edit a users profile?
    I (admin) want to be able to 
   comment about a user. Like the user has not contributed to the community I will
   place a note on their profile that they have not contributed yet.
 * example:
    USER_1 status: no contribution registration: complete active: yes
 * username: user_1
    first name: user last name: 1 email: [user_1@email.com](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/plugin-wp-members-admin-edit-user-profile/user_1@email.com?output_format=md)
 * Can this be done?

 * Oh i forgot… only the admin can edit the top part… while the lower part only 
   the user can edit…
