[Plugin: WP Mail Options] Use For One Email, Not Others

I am using a registration plugin, and want the registration confirmations to come from our email, not “WordPress”, so this plugin is perfect for that; however, it is overriding our contact us form. So when people reach out to us, it is coming “from” us, instead of “from” them, so we have no idea who is emailing us.

Is there a way to get this plugin to apply to our registration confirmation emails, but not our contact us emails?
