    It is really frustrating to no get responses in reasonable time. In addition to the above that is sitting for more than a week, you will see others even longer. What’s even more strange for a product with commercial intentions, email using the Contact form that contained an offer to send $25 to a PayPal address if they would provide one, has also gone unacknowledged. Maybe because I also asked for tech support of an error that came up on trying to send out an invoice.

    I wish this plugin well. I first started using it more than a year ago on an experimental basis for a few clients but these issues have caused me to stay away from it. There have been no upgrades in that time. I want it to succeed. But It’s almost impossible to take it seriously as something I can use to run my own business.

    I’ll try again next year but for now, it’s not worth the trouble.
