# Plugin: WP-insert

 * Hello, I’ve installed the WP-insert plugin to add ads to my site [http://www.busykidsglasgow.co.uk](http://www.busykidsglasgow.co.uk).
   The first one is my own ad, for a division of Barefoot Books – [http://www.barefootwigwam.com](http://www.barefootwigwam.com).
 * I’ve got the embed code pasted in and the ad is appearing on my home page, but
   as you can see, clicking on it simply generates the URL [http://www.busykidsglasgow.co.uk/www.barefootwigwam.com](http://www.busykidsglasgow.co.uk/www.barefootwigwam.com),
   which obviously doesn’t lead anywhere!
 * Any ideas would be gratefully received. Thanks.

 * The ad code you have pasted is wrong…Make sure you have the correct ad code inserted

 * Thanks, I’ve managed to fix it now, finally! Another question about the widget,
   though – I’m not sure how to make the ads appear in the sidebars proper, i.e.
   the furthest left and right white columns of the page.
 * As you can see from the [http://www.busykidsglasgow.co.uk](http://www.busykidsglasgow.co.uk)
   URL, my Barefoot Books ad is appearing in among Busy Kids Glasgow widgets, which
   I’d rather it didn’t. I’d like it to be out on its own around the edges of the
   page (with the idea of adding more ads above and below it, eventually).
 * Is this possible?
