hi daishizen,
that sounds strange. can you give you configuration for the plugin please.
do you use confirmation mode for sender and/or receiver? I guess you use php mail and not smtp mail. do you send the cards as a mail or just a link so the receiver must fetch the card at the site?
I need this info to track down your problem.

hey Manu,
I jsut tested it with your settings at my site and it works correctly. means I got one email to the recipient and one as a copy to the sender. testing it at your site results in three mails to the recipients and three mails to the sender (when checking cc to sender).
so, the next step is to have a look at the plugins you use. I suppose you use wordpress 3.3? can you give me the list of the plugins you use please.
I think we will locate the problem soon

Well, that is the next step. It seems plugins using a redirect causing wp-greet to be called multiple times and that is why multiple mails being sent. I will now go into deeper analysis to fix this incompatibility.

okay, it seems it is the simple facebook connect plugin which causes the problem. can you try to activate the stats plugin and test it it works please?
It works fine with stat plugin,
I wasn’t really using facebook connect,
o I really appreciate your effort,

It is a bit tricky with facebook connect. I will add this to my todo list but rather than make it compatible with fb connect I will add a faeture which assures that each card is only send once. so it will be compatible with all plugins using wp-redirect in the way fb connect does.

I’ve just installed your plugin. I am getting the same problem. The recipient gets the same email twice instead of just once.
I have the following additional plugs installed :
Advanced Random Posts
Fast Secure Contact Form
NextGEN Gallery
Search By Category
Ultimate TinyMCE
Widgets on Pages
I turned off “Fast Secure Contact Form” to see if that was affecting it.. but no luck… the recipient is still getting two emails.
Any help ?

can you try disabling Advanced Random Posts please adn report if this changes behaviour

I did a fresh install of just the script with no plugins…. on another website…. and still had the same problem. I’ll reinstall wordpress and your script on another website and let you know…
