i really like your plugin and its running fine so far. but one thing bugs me: the missing localization. I've tried to handle it by myself, by adding a own Greeting for the host "google.de" so i can welcome my readers in german. but as i also host some english posts i will also need the international Greeting for "google.*". But with both Greeetings active, he ignores the german version and always uses the international one. So it would be great, if you could implement some sort of ordering (it first checks for directly mapped greetings, if none present it takes the one with the wildcard, as far as it exists).
And another thing would be great: If you could add an option to activate shortcode parsing for the greeting texts. this way the autor gets a bunch of new possibilities.
For example: The autor could use the [shorturl] shortcode to generate an Shortened URL which i use for the Twitter Greeting, that way it would be possible to link directly to twitter with prefilled Article Title + Short URL (instead to Twitthis.com as it is by default).
