    Hi,

I set up WP Google Maps 5.0 on WordPress 3.4. But I met a problem.

    Here is the error massage:
The plugin directory does not have 'write' permissions. Please enable 'write' permissions (755) for "/var/www/vhosts/chinalifealliance.com/httpdocs/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/wp-google-maps" in order for this plugin to work! Please see this page for help on how to do it.

Then, I login to the back end and changed the permissions according to the requests above, but the error massage still come out. I don't know what happen to it. Can anyone give me some suggestion?

    Thanks!

    Hi

Some hosts only allow this to work via a CHMOD of 777. Please try setting the CHMOD to 777 for all files and sub-directories within the wp-google-maps directory.

    Kind regards
    Nick
