[Plugin: WP-FileMan] Display location

I wanted to find a file manager for WordPress where I could post it on a page and then people could download files that are uploaded for them. Does anyone know of a plugin that can do this?

I’m testing out wp-fileman here which looks pretty cool, but is accessed from the admin panel and I don’t want people getting into the admin panel.

Can someone tell what part of the code I could change to add a short code so I can display it on a page or something like that?
