I am getting the following error message on the WP-Filebase admin page:
The upload directory http://www.insertdomain.com/wp-content/uploads/filebase does not exists. It could not be created automatically because the directory http: is not writable. Please create http://www.insertdomain.com/wp-content/uploads/filebase and make it writable for the webserver by executing the following FTP command: CHMOD 777 http://www.insertdomain.com/wp-content/uploads/filebase
I’m not sure if this was a result of modifying some settings such as the thumbnails path or turning off permalinks. Changing those back didn’t help. But now I have on my webserver a directory called “http:” (the one it says is not writable).
I have created the /filebase directory and it is writable, it just seems to not be recognizing it. Any help would be appreciated.
