First I would say that I found in wp-filebase a wonderful plugin with all needed options to show files in tree view on web sites. Thank you very much for this great plugin. This plugin is the perfect answer to my requirements why it is necessary that it works without problems. But I got a problem and look for help now.
I loaded up 15,5 MB via FTP in 202 files in 32 folders. All files are usual office files as word, excel, pdf and a few pictures jpg and eps. In wp-filebase settings miscellaneous I deactivated searching in ID3 tags and detecting ID3 tags to provide problems with big files. After sychronizing with the ftp uploded files I had only 156 files in 16 folders in wp-filebase. It is no problem to add single categories and single files. When I synchronized with the standard settings I got a fatal error: “Out of memory …/wp-filebase/extras/getid3/module.tag.id3v2.php on line 1802” I would be very happy for answers and thank you very much in advance for your posts.

    Agree, with above. Great plugin!
However I’ve experienced similar. After having uploaded a little more than just a few files and folders, the filebase synchronization stops playing. The progress bar that used to turn green, stops empty at any percentage. The result, usually shows as missing folders. I’m afraid this makes the plugin pretty much unusable, for my pusposes. I need to know 100% that any file uploaded shows up in the listings.
Is there anything I cano do to make it work?

Got the same problem, I got 518.5 MiB in total before the Error, last files I added gave me the error

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 1966080 bytes) in /home/luxartif/public_html/es/wp-content/plugins/wp-filebase/extras/getid3/module.tag.id3v2.php on line 1802

Same thing, the percentage bar stays at 0%

I tried uploading file by file, smaller files, all with the same problem, seams that the system has a limit. It is a shame coz the interface and synchronization is fantastic. Hope for a solution coz I don’t wanna look for another one.

It’s a site issue – not a plugin problem. Try increasing the memory available to PHP.

    I try the plug-in http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/memory-bump/ and didn’t work

I do not have access to the pho.ini, so try to add the php code line to the wp_config.php Did not work, tried 32, 64 and 256 and nothing.

Still same problem. Will try to contacting my host.
