[Plugin: WP-Filebase Download Manager] Limit on depth of categories displayed?

    I have successfully created categories and sub-categories. I can display the following:

    Category
    Sub-Category
    Sub-sub-category

    Three seems to be the limit here. I need to be able to display another level or two. Can I configure this somewhere?

    I tried an end-run and created them through FTP and then tried file syncing them. I can seem them on the raw file directory but they will not display in the WP page. Any thoughts?
