 * After I upgraded to WP 3.2.1, I have noticed that the plugin WP-Filebase is inserting“%
   20” in place of spaces in shortcode on my pages. This happens only when I select
   the FileURL tab (from the WP-Filebase icon just above the text editing box) —
   not with the Attachment, Single File, File List, or File Tree List tabs.
 * This was how it was done previously, which worked OK:
 * `[wpfilebase tag=fileurl id=72]`
 * But now it is doing this — not OK:
 * `[wpfilebase%20tag=fileurl%20id=72]`
 * Overall encoding for the WP site is UTF-8.
 * I have deactivated and reactivated WP-Filebase. It is the most recent version(
   0.2.9).
 * I have tried removing spaces from the actual file names that I want to link to.
   Makes no difference.
 * I can go into the HTML on the page and remove the %20 manually, but of course
   this is not how it is supposed to work.
 * Anyone have any ideas about how to repair or where I can start looking to locate
   the bug?
 * Thanks!
