[Plugin: WP-FB-AutoConnect] Unsafe JavaScript attempt to access frame with URL

This plugin works great with WP MU 2.9.2 & BuddyPress 1.2.3 but i’m getting warnings in the Chrome Dev tools window :

Unsafe JavaScript attempt to access frame with URL “URL of my site” from frame with URL ” http://www.facebook.com/extern/login_status.php?api_key=5113882…”. Domains, protocols and ports must match.

I don’t understand what this is about. Did I do something wrong in the setup?
