 * Replace `/wp_export/` with `/wp-export-all-post-information-excel-format/` on
   all necessary files. Works for me now!

 * Don’t know. Either do the search and replace on every file in the plugin, or 
   use a program (like Coda) which does a directory-wide search and replace.
